Haroon was very willing to help work it out however we were working cross culturally but more challengingly across languages. Also I think we had hoped that Haroon could offer guidance on some of the areas we needed worked, whereas we had to work it out and then ask for exact specifics. That was perhaps my issue of selection rather than Haroon´s fault in anyway.
